I really like your approach to the question, Jhia. I always like the way you phrase things. I do wish that first sentence didn’t rely so much on the photo, though.

You’re right. What I’m seeing in my mind’s eye needs to emerge from the words on their own, with a picture as mere punctuation. Lesson for next time. Thanks for the candor.

I love how you took something as prosaic as a pair of socks (or four) and turned it into a love story. It shows how the most ordinary things can hold extraordinary significance.
